We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, scope your project, and deliver services you request. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Confidentiality of Disclosures

Invention disclosures, drawings, specifications, and related materials you share with Delinio LLC are treated as confidential. Where a non-disclosure agreement is in place, its terms govern. Materials are shared internally only with personnel working on your matter.

4. Cookies & Analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be recorded by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes.

5. Third-Party Services & Typefaces

This site's typefaces, Archivo (Omnibus-Type) and IBM Plex Mono (IBM), are open-source fonts licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and served via Google Fonts. The OFL permits free commercial use with no fee or attribution requirement on the site itself. When fonts load from Google's servers, Google may receive your IP address as part of the request; see Google's privacy policy for details.

6. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain inquiry information only as long as needed to serve you or as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting hello@delinio.co.

The characters, personas, names, biographies, and visual renderings published in the Delinio agent registry (collectively, the “Agent Works”) are original works of fiction, created by and for Delinio LLC as works of authorship. They are creative works, not records of real individuals.

2. No Depiction of Real Persons

The Agent Works are not intended to depict, identify, or refer to any actual person, living or dead. Any resemblance between an Agent Work and any actual person, whether in name, likeness, biography, personality, or history, is coincidental and unintentional. Sole exception: Agent 001 is the digital persona of the founder of Delinio LLC, created at his own commission and published with his consent.

3. No Affiliation or Endorsement

Any similarity between an Agent Work and any third-party character, trademark, trade name, or brand is likewise coincidental. The Agent Works are not affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third party, and no such affiliation or endorsement is claimed or implied.

4. Fictional Roles and Titles

Roles and titles attributed to the Agent Works, including professional designations such as attorney, advisor, or engineer, are narrative elements of fictional characters. They are not representations that licensed professionals hold those positions, and nothing in the agent registry constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, or an offer of professional services regulated by any licensing authority. Delinio LLC’s actual services are described on its main site and provided under separate engagement terms.
